You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. E-commerce Terms

4.1. Product/Service Information and Availability: We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products/services appearing on the Service are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All products/services are subject to availability.

4.2. Pricing and Payment: All prices are displayed in £ and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and authorise us to charge your order to that method.

4.3. Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order.

4.4. Shipping and Delivery: We will endeavour to dispatch products within 7 business days of your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4.5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations (Consumer Rights Act 2015):

  • Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period): If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for goods purchased online, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. For services, you can cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, though you may be charged for any service provided up to the point of cancellation. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email or letter).
  • Returns Procedure: If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within the cancellation period. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Refunds: We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of postage.
  • Faulty Goods: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty or not as described, you have a legal right to a refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us immediately if you believe your goods are faulty.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

5.1. Your Content: Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

5.2. Content Ownership and License: By posting User Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the User Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your User Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. By submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

5.3. Content Standards: You agree not to post User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

5.4. Moderation and Removal: We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit or remove any User Content at our sole discretion for any reason, including without limitation if, in our opinion, such User Content violates these Terms. We may also terminate your access to the Service for posting infringing or otherwise objectionable content.

6. Subscriptions and Memberships

6.1. Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans ("Subscription(s)") that provide access to certain features or content of the Service. Details of subscription plans, including pricing and features, are available on our website.

6.2. Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis in advance. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you.

6.3. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price change, typically 30 days, to allow you to cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.

6.4. Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription until then. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

6.5. Free Trials: We may offer a free trial period for certain Subscriptions. If you sign up for a free trial, you may be required to provide your payment information. At the end of the free trial, unless you cancel, your Subscription will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged.

By using this Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you are accessing the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
